Terms of sale

§ 1.

The sale and administration of personal data on the service's pages is handled by the Event Organizer, i.e., the company Tixx.pl based in Leszno (60-000), at ul. XXXX. NIP 11111111, Regon 111111111.

§ 2.

The sale of tickets takes place directly between the Internet user and the Event Organizer.

§ 3.

The sale is conducted on a prepayment basis. That is, to purchase a ticket, one must fill out the order form and then transfer the amount due within 3 business days to the operator's bank account. Within a maximum of 3 business days from the receipt of funds in the operator's account, the ticket is sent in the form of a special electronic ticket via email.

§ 4.

In the case of events that will take place within two months from the date of placing the order, tickets are sent within 3 business days from the posting of the payment to our bank account. In other cases, the ticket dispatch may be delayed due to ticket production - in this situation, a relevant message will appear in the event description.

§ 5.

The moment of concluding the ticket purchase agreement is considered to be the moment of receiving the order confirmation at the email address.

§ 6.

Detailed information about ticket sales for individual events is published in the purchase procedure, visible after selecting the event.

§ 7.

Orders not paid within 3 business days from their placement are automatically deleted. There is no possibility to extend the payment deadline. To purchase tickets after the order has been deactivated, a new order must be placed.

§ 8.

The Event Organizer bears full responsibility for the cancellation of the event. In such a case, refunds are processed by the event organizer, unless otherwise regulated by a separate agreement (e.g., in the case of rescheduling the event).

§ 9.

All comments and complaints regarding the organization of events should be directed to the Event Organizer.

§ 10.

In the case of purchasing tickets, the Client entering into an agreement in the ticket sales system outside the business premises or at a distance, in accordance with Article 38 point 12 of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 287, as amended) does not have the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason, as mentioned in Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.

§ 11.

Complaints related to ticket sales should be sent by mail to the address of the Event Organizer provided in the first paragraph or electronically to [email protected]. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its delivery. In the case of accepting the complaint, the refund for the purchased tickets is processed within a maximum of 14 days - using the same payment channel that was used to pay for the order (i.e., by bank transfer or via the payment operator's service).
